[Case Study] Adhesive Storage Container

Considerate of the Earth's environment and making a significant contribution! Here is an example of a storage bat for adhesives that has been coated with ToshiCal S.

The adhesive manufacturer was troubled by adhesive sticking to the containers (baths) used for temporarily storing acrylic resin-based adhesives during production. It seems that they had previously adopted Teflon coating, but the adhesion issues were not resolved, and they were also using organic solvents for cleaning. They consulted with us and adopted "Toshical S TS-1000." After coating, the adhesion issues disappeared, and cleaning with organic solvents became unnecessary, leading to improvements in productivity, quality, yield, and consideration for the global environment, making a significant contribution.
